When I type in my logging information it tells me that my username cant be supported by the format . It directs me to the website . I want to be able to use this app .

Same username and password that works on full site doesnt open app. Yes I selected the correct health plan.

I like that I can see my medical claims and prescriptions, but most of the time the renewal on prescriptions give me an error message, the trackers dont work, I get error messages for claims, and everything results in contact support with phone number. I can do a brief overview and thats it. I double checked for an update and Ive checked everything on my end. As a result I still end up on the phone and getting nowhere.

Great and fast way to check all of my medicine and results etc..

The searches are great for finding care and estimating costs. I appreciate that United will call me within a few minutes if I have questions about my policy that I need help with. This is especially helpful when planning care or for the occasional ER visit with the kids. I like the driving directions, as well. Great app that I use a lot for my whole family.

Doesnt work half the time and doesnt provide any real information even when it does. You would think it would show coverage details i.e deductibles/copays etc

Bugs left and right and poor user experience.

Its fine until you cant remember your password. Then it sends you to a reset page which wants your password, then to the full site which wants your password, then to a verification question which is one word and not a question at all, then sends you an email to reset which sends you to the website and wants your password. And round and round we go. Unhelpful tech support, crappy service, and shoddy help desk coverage! What more could anyone ask?
