Worst app ever

Its fine until you cant remember your password. Then it sends you to a reset page which wants your password, then to the full site which wants your password, then to a verification question which is one word and not a question at all, then sends you an email to reset which sends you to the website and wants your password.

And round and round we go.

Unhelpful tech support, crappy service, and shoddy help desk coverage! What more could anyone ask?
