used to be a great app! then they switched to the healthsafe ID, made me choose a new username and now I can not log in. tried changing the password with no luck. I miss the old app

I used to love this app it now its a horror

The new update messed everything up. My id cards are no longer available, it cant find any of my records AND they managed to misspell my name. How??

App does not work. Deleted and reloaded twice at suggestion of support team. Wasted one entire hour on the phone with tech support and they were absolutely no help. All pharmaceutical info is gone and no way to access OptimaRx anymore.

Inconsistent Password Handling

This app allowed me A) to set a password containing special characters like commas "," B) but does not allow me to type such a password to login to the app. I.e. Must do a password reset I am fairly certain of this - I cut and pasted password text from a password manager. Such inconsistent vetting of user input is not only inconvenient, but it also flags a worrying lack of security. It says "here bad guys, my programmers did not validate input correctly in at least one situation, there are probably more such situations to try to exploit!" Yes, the app does not say that special characters are allowed. But it also does not say that they are not allowed. As usual for healthcare apps, the minimum password size is too small, 8 characters, and it is not clear what the maximum is. 24 seemed to fail.

Worthless

This app is absolutely terrible. Worked great before the latest update but now wont show my coverage. Very unhappy!!!

Major bug: Latest version fails to allow user to choose different plan

I have 3 plans and no matter which one I choose, I can now only see details for the first plan in the list. Epic fail - anyone test this latest version before publishing?

I cant believe these morons have screwed me again

This app has always been a piece of crap. Now it has deleted my cached information, including the special new user name I had to create, and the cached password - thats why I have fingerprint scanning turned on, you stupid idiots. And of course I cant contact you until next year. What if I wanted to look for a nearby doctor? I cant even do that, you MORONS! If you cant make it better, can you at least STOP BREAKING STUFF? and STOP DELETING MY DATA!

Major Fail

One would think that if you were using a United Healthcare app to access ones United Healthcare info that one would be able to use ones United Healthcare log-in username and password. But no, you have to try and re-register on a broken system that doesnt work. Waste of space on my iPhone and MAJOR FAIL. Deleting.

Different Username Required

You cant use the same credentials as the website. Garbage.

Where are my family members?

After successful registration, took a day to show something on the screen. It is not showing my family members although it shows my ID card with all names. I cant even see my optum Rx. Looks like most of the people have different issues.

New user

My favorite feature is the quick access to my HSA account information.

Great idea but doesnt work

Brief list of issues: 1. Constant updates require you to re enter your password and login circumventing Touch ID. I engage with this app more frequently due to updates than I do for bills so whats the point of Touch ID... 2. Crashes every single time after submitting a payment. 3. Claims that have been paid already still show up as "You May Owe". The app isnt done. Thats all.

Was this an improvement?

It cant even download my ID card, and cannot access my coverage details - essentially useless. While the app looks nicer, please pay attention to whats under the hood!

Nice App

I like the new app, its easy to use

Cant even use this.

After not this update, but the update prior, I have been unable to even log into the app. You guys created this HealthSafe ID, which I have tried to register for, but for some reason I am not able to. Ive entered all of my information multiple times, and the option to continue registration is grayed out, so you cant actually click on it. I cant even call the tech-support line, because I work for UnitedHealthcare, and I work the same hours they are open. This app went from at least usable, to absolutely deplorable. I will be deleting the app, and I will just have to use myuhc.com from here on out. Very disappointing.

Im giving the app a 4 because I had to re-register, but the new app worked well.

I love the new layout! Hopefully Apple Watch will soon be an option for devices under health and wellness. Please, please!

Great new app

Love this app and it is a massive improvement over all of the other apps/sites for UHG. Now only if their website was as great as this app!
