This app is awful! Keep trying to add kids and app wont allow and keeps booting me out. Not easy to filter through!

Just downloaded it and I cant get past the opening screen. Nothing happens, what a waste of time and memory.

The app works, but please include an option to use Location WHILE using the app. Otherwise, having the app finding location constantly is eating up battery power. Deleted until the next update.

Very poorly designed app. Logs me off everytime

This app is unacceptable. Step it up people. I am unable to add my children and it is not user friendly.

Last update keeps crashing, and once finally in cancels out. Annoying. Awesome when it works. Touch ID works sometimes, other times it freezes. No bueño.

I have had to engage the health system more recently. Having the ID card and my past claim information on my smartphone has been great, especially so I dont have to remember my card and specific health history.

I have my health plan with them and getting the app I thought would be a great way to keep up with my health plan BUT even after signing up online the app refers me back to the web! I tried to register on the app but again, back to the website!! So for me its a one star rating..... Sorry Folks!

A single app for all my health care coverage needs.

I like everything about this app except the one thing that strikes me back, why in the hell doesnt the app prompt to log in first, fix that and Ill give it 5 stars

Please add ability to scan my OTC bottles, and prescription receipts that I purchase cash or other than thru OptumRx into my meds list or manually add. When I do, give me option to talk to an advocate if any safety issue flags (med alert).

I wont say more because it is a waste of time.

The login doesnt work, takes me to the mobile site, which wants me to put in the username and password, so I can reset my password. And the fingerprint login doesnt work, but it works with my other apps. I picked a star because I had to; it truly doesnt deserve a star.

Needs to be updated so its no longer a blown up iPhone 4s app on my lovely iPhone 6s Plus. Also needs an option of using location WHILE using the app.

Horrible! Cant even sign in. Whats the purpose of this app?

I like the amount of features within the app but they dont all work. I tried searching for medication prices and it either asked me to login in multiple times or gave me an error. More UAT and better code are needed.

App is useless, it wont save information nor does it find providers, clinics and the health frackers doesnt even transfer from device

This app is barely mediocre. Ans UHC/UHG is horrible service provider for medical coverage so having a poorly designed app is no surprise.

The whole point of having an app is so that I could find in network doctors and facilities. This app only has a sublist of the total, I looked online and was able to find the facility by name. This app and the person that approved it, failed.
