My experience with the UHC app is much better than any other healthcare provider app. Even better than blue shield blue cross app.

App does not support larger screens.

Good luck viewing your FSA account balances or claims with this app. It just plain doesnt work on this version.

We switched plans mid year due to a buy out and none of the information has updated on the app so I cant search for correct doctors or facilities to go to. The app will go down fairly often. Other than that its nice to have the card on hand and the ability to fax it. I can only on occasion see my benefit information. I do get easy access to my insurance information with out having a call. With that said 1/2 the time I do have to call in because what I need isnt available on the app.

I can find what I need on the app. If I cant than Im just a click away and United will call right back.

Ok app but lacks an iPad version

Can check your HSA balance, pay bills, access your card. Really love this ap.

Ill probably have go to the website instead... The search function doesnt work properly. Default nearby, or zip code search both seem to return counsellors as far as the next state over. Results were inconsistent for other specialties as well. Fix needed. HSA or health savings account info should be available according to the APP store description. I cant find it and tech support cant explain or justify. They just told me to go to the website instead. Layout of information looks simple, but its a little confusing sometimes because I have to tap in and back out constantly to browse parts of the same information. The call back feature is interesting... You can ask them to call you. Im all for fewer voice prompts.

Every time I try to check my flex spending account the entire app crashes to my home screen. Kind of annoying

Ive used the app a handful of times to get an image of my ID card or other basics but have to go to the full site for most everything else. I love the addition of the fingerprint authentication. Would like to be able to view transaction history on my HSA Card and have my health data sync with the iOS Health app.

My coverage started the 1st day of April but what good is it if I have absolutely no proof that Im covered by it?! Ive been without proof insurance for almost 4 months but got a new job. Both companies have United Heath Care. Ive only just gotten proof of insurance from the company that I stopped working at 4 months ago. I cant imagine how long Im going to have to wait now. TOO FRUSTRATING!!

I want to see how much more I have to go to meet my deductible, but instead of getting the info I need, I get this message: ERROR:We are not able to display your information at this time. Please call Customer Care at the number shown on the back of your ID card. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Not at all what I was expecting to see. Hopefully this gets fixed pretty soon.

Can use the same password to login to website but does not work on app.

I opened the app, entered my id and password and proceeded to look at my account balances. NOTHING. This app is not connected to any of my information on the UHC website. What a waste!!!

I have been using this app since the beginning of March and have had no problems with it until yesterday, April 15. All of a sudden my username and password do not work. I logged onto the website on my Safari browser and it works fine. Please get this app fixed!! Super annoying!

Great app. Helps me to keep up with previous Doctor visits and medications Ive used.
