Fizzling Out

I want to see how much more I have to go to meet my deductible, but instead of getting the info I need, I get this message:
ERROR:We are not able to display your information at this time. Please call Customer Care at the number shown on the back of your ID card. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Not at all what I was expecting to see. Hopefully this gets fixed pretty soon.
