Info not updated

We switched plans mid year due to a buy out and none of the information has updated on the app so I cant search for correct doctors or facilities to go to. The app will go down fairly often. Other than that its nice to have the card on hand and the ability to fax it. I can only on occasion see my benefit information. I do get easy access to my insurance information with out having a call. With that said 1/2 the time I do have to call in because what I need isnt available on the app.
