Very easy to set up! Love seeing my information in one place. The estimate option is very helpful!

Update is absolute garbage

This app was functional. Latest update killed it. Logging in is a major chore if you can get it to work. Apparently the new login function using Health ID is fraught with problems. I can seldom get the system to allow me to log on. The new organization is terrible. Finding information is difficult and the screen structure is terrible. It is really disappointing. Now you cannot download your ID card and there is a message that the app isnt working. Incredible that United Health releases such atrocious garbage. Do you QA anything? Is this how you handle claims?

Horrible. Dont waste your time

Unless your birth date is "today" you cant even register as the date wheel wont accept any date other than the current date.

Unable to Register

I cant register because when asked for Date of Birth, the scroller wont let me select my birthday... Really disappointing.

Doesnt work

My biggest complaint is the "claims" section. I dont care how much they billed United health care what I do care about is the amount I owe on the claim or multiple claims. So even when I filter the claims to find the unpaid ones the ones marked paid still show up. Extremely disappointed with the update.

Needs much more work

The title says it all. Was searching for my Dr. Cause I just changed to united it wont search by names only if you put up the map.

Latest Update Made App Useless!

The latest update made this app useless. Took an act of god to get re-registered. Unable to locate any doctors of any kind in my city....Houston...really? There are a TON of doctors here! UHC...please fix it! We pay way too much money for this insurance for this crap!!

Too bad app: Not as per standard

This year I have taken uhc plan and I have register using my Laptop and I am able to view my new account and Plan. But when I am trying to login on IOS app using the same userName and password, then the app is giving me error that username and password not match. There is no symc between the web and IOS app. plesae try to update your backend system.

Love new look and Nav; more id card functionality

I love the new look and navigation - is clean and purposeful. Like the new features around the id card too - local storage, add your own cards, lots of ways to send the card.

Absolutely Horrendous

I needed to get my new insurance card & the 800 number says to use this app. I was able to register with ease but it never accepted my password when logging in. After repeated attempts of logging in, getting locked out and having to type in a captcha. Ive given up. I actually had to type the captchas several dozen times and it only accepted it as correct about 3 times. I tried typing my password maybe a dozen times, and getting locked out repeatedly, with it never accepting my password a single time. At the current time, after several hours of trying I have yet to be able to log in and get my Insurance card.

This app has no purpose

Cant do anything but check claims (I have none) or add a device (fitbit, etc). Cant download ID card or search for doctors (or anything else for that matter). Absolutely useless and a waste of time.

Very convenient

This app provides most of the features included on the UHC website with much easier, faster access.

Needs a lot of work

Poorly designed app Navigation is hard Many times, there is no way to go "back" Touch ID option just disappeared

Great so far!!

Just had surgery last month to remove my thyroid. Everything from claims to Rx is shown what was paid, what the plan discount was and what I owe! I wish they had folks to answer questions on weekends and at night.

Handy little app

Its like MyUHC but on the go. Its handy if you are at a clinic or hospital and need to use MyUHC for something

Contact us didnt work.

I was worried that they only sent one card. Clicked the contact button. Stated Id get a call back and it never came. $700 a month and they wont even call me back. Bad start.

Needs work

First my iPhone 6 somehow lost the login/user name. Then when I attempted to retrieve it thru the "remember your password/username" link, the website prompted me to restart the entire process with all new info, instead of just emailing me my info. And the app does not work at all on iPad

UHC app

Slow to update new info, difficult to search through data, awful sign-in process, and frequent loss of connection to UHC servers.

App doesnt work

Logged in, or tried to, and got an error message saying my username was not supported by the app. Called tech support. They wiped out my account and I reregistered. New name. New password. Tried to log in and got the same error message. Called tech support again. They said someone will get back to me in 48 - 72 hours. Its easier just to use the website, as cumbersome as it may be, on my phone. Why they dont have a mobile site is beyond me.
