This used to be a useful app, but latest version looks like an outsourced nightmare. Unnecessary additional ID and password that is different from the website. Why?!? No more automatic loading of ID card and taking pictures of ID card never loads correctly. Latest version is very frustrating.

Lets start with the fact that my old sign in was just gone. No notification, nothing just gone. So after multiple attempts to set up a new log-in it ignores my use of my print ID program. Get better though (sarcasm). I go in to see what is so cool that I had to start all over and my info is all gone. Then I try to look at the quick app and it tells me nothing but my location. And then the topper. I search for an ear, nose and throat doctor and nothing, turns out I have to know the scientific name for their job. User friendly I dont think so. And that was just within the first 3 minutes of use. Cant wait to see what else doesnt work. Also the only reason I gave your app a star wasnt it wouldnt let me give you zero.

This app is slow, it no longer allows me to use the touch id and the username and password i have to enter it in 5 or 6 times before it signs in. This app seems outdated and with technology the way that is this app should be 50x better than this.

Original APP was great. Easy to use and find Doctors in Network and Save them. Upgrade is terrible.

This is absolutely the worst app I have ever used. Cant go 2 days without having to change the sign on information. Register one day and it doesnt work the next. This is worthless dont use it.

Im going to grow old and die before this app logs in.

These people obviously have no clue who to write a functional mobile app. Before anything was updated if you wanted to search for a provider and DO NOT have GPS enabled; epic fail. Nothing will be found by zip code, city or any other search. Why bother even programming an app that to ask for that info if the resulting search is useless to the end user? Youre SOL if you want services. Enable GPS and it will work okay. Stupid. A person should be able to find services without GPS enabled. Sure, GPS can be very useful, but an app needs to operate properly without it. FAIL. After update with this weve combined user log ins for two systems. Yay! Were so great! Youre morons. Neither, or any, log in works. Too many buttons to check as to Im a this type of user or I dont have this credential. Morons. Ever hear of KISS? Keep It Simple Stupid. My log in doesnt work and I doubt I will ever be able to use the app again. Unless I magically find my card, member and group number and if by chance that works it would be an act of God. User name and pass only. None of this other BS you are trying to ask people in order to try and combine systems. I tried asking for user name and password info but the app doesnt know I exist. Oh well. I guess Ill try to find my card and see if I can create some magic. Ill be stunned if that works. Whoever wrote this should be fired. Use the sound engineering principle of KISS. Given that historical ratings of this app have never exceeded 3 stars UHC has a long way to go in the world of mobile application programming.

The app crashes when I try to see my HRA balance.

This app may be good, I dont know and I never will because I JUST signed into and changed my password on myuhc.com. Then I downloaded this app and it told me that the ID or password I entered are no longer valid if it came from myuhc.com! Did you guys ever hear of single sign on? Its not worth trying to manage a password for the online web page and the iPhone app separately. Im deleting it now.

When I tried to re-register it kept kicking out my DOB and defaulting to todays date... couldnt register and its super frustrating. Need IT to take a look and fix

Thanks for adding the Touch ID capability. The user interface is much better now as well!

I already registered online, and I have to register again just for the app? My social and zip are correct, and it still will not let me register.

Terrible app...sometimes it lets me log in, other times it decides not to and says "try again" for no reason and then gets frozen so you have to completely close the app out to try your luck again. If youre lucky enough to get it, its difficult to find what you need and where everything is located. Not user friendly.

It took less than two minutes to download and register the new Health4me app. I am very impressed with how seamless the setup process was, and look forward to using the app to find providers, HSA balances and not needing to carry my insurance card.

I have had United Healthcare through work for over 5 years. Their website directed me to download the app. App said I needed to register - after trying and unsuccessfully logging on with my website UH information. Tried to register- birthday wouldnt let me select my birthday - defaulted to todays date. Then when I finally get past that - app says Im not authorized. Stupid and frustrating. Its now deleted.

Useless. Login and loops into questions and loops and loops. Does not recognize login. Trash it does NOT WORK

The only thing worse than this app is the customer service line you will constantly be trying to work with. We just switched from IBX to united and its been nothing if not for terrible

This app is a mess. Crashes every time I try to estimate a cost. Buggy, etc.
