Minimally useful

I like that I can see my medical claims and prescriptions, but most of the time the renewal on prescriptions give me an error message, the trackers dont work, I get error messages for claims, and everything results in contact support with phone number. I can do a brief overview and thats it. I double checked for an update and Ive checked everything on my end. As a result I still end up on the phone and getting nowhere.
